Science in the Hands Of Kids (SITHOK)

"We create excitement for science, technology, engineering
and math for kids 3-93!"

 

Hours:

10 AM - 5 PM Tuesday through Saturday

Field Trips by Appointment Monday through Friday

(If you plan to come with a large group, please call ahead.
This will help ensure a quality experience for all of our guests!)

 

Admission Fee:

$4 per person/$12 maximum for families*

(*up to two adults and related children under 18)

 

The John McConnell Math and Science Center of Western Colorado is creating a world-class center that integrates teaching and hands-on excitement into a Science, Technology, Engineering and Math learning environment encompassing students, educators, families and community.  Our Mission is to create lasting excitement for math and science for students, teachers and community by

  • Offering creative hands-on experiences for students

  • Developing and providing resources for classroom use

  • Providing training for educators, and

  • Developing innovative programs in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
