The presentation room at the Center may be rented by educational groups (excluding groups of a political and/or religious focus) for the following fees and includes use of all integrated equipment listed below:
For Profit (Business) Non-Profit
Half Day (8-12/12-4) $75 $65

General Guidelines: No alcoholic beverages. Absolutely no food or drink on exhibit floor. Refundable $25 clean up deposit due 1 week prior to event.
Birthday Parties (Saturdays only): Click here for information on science party themes and pricing. Admission price includes entrance to the exhibits and use of the presentation room EXCLUDING access to integrated projection equipment. Maximum number of children and adults not to exceed 25. Please call for Saturday availability. Decorations/cake/drinks allowed in presentation room but not provided by the Center. $25 refundable deposit required at time of booking; deposit may be applied to admission charges.
Seating Capacity: Table seating capacity of 30 and room seating capacity of 50.
Integrated Equipment: Please schedule training session 1 week in advance of use.
Full Facility Rental: (closed to the public)
Weekday Evenings (5-9) $100.00
Saturday: 1/2 Day $100.00
Full Day $175.00
Payment for Full Facility Rental due 4 weeks in advance.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given if cancellation notice is received two weeks prior to the event. 1/2 of the rental fee will be refunded if notification is received less than two weeks prior to the event.
